
Following the week on after Rooted in Hull’s owner Adrian Fisher had come in to sit and talk about the businesses journey and how It all started. After the interview was done and information had been gathered to help bring in ways to expand on the brands identity, ideas and brainstorming was brought to the table to help spread the word about Rooted in Hull’s organisation. Groups were formed and all ideas were brought together and analysed within one another to share the ideas that were brought up with the team to help find ways to bring in larger companies and people with a bigger income to donate forward to the organisation.
Main focuses around the obvious ideas where to make posters, storyboards, social media posts, event promotions, banners and a web design all reflected towards other ideas and were then expanded on.
Having a social media account for Rooted in Hull can benefit in many ways to not only the organisation, but for the outside community and the audience for Rooted in Hull to become more familiar with the business. Whether this is to keep up with Rooted in Hull’s events, news feeds and updates, upgrades and new to come for the future of the organisation. Young adults and teenagers are often more active on social media, meaning there more likely to view and take to account of the posts, sharing and spreading the word about it to other people in their area.
Including banner’s and posters around many busy areas of Hull can also show growth towards the number of audiences Rooted in Hull receives, hanging up designed banners to encourage and show people in a popular area can help get a better attention towards this business, not only for the people, but for companies who may work in those busy areas who may take notice towards the posters and banners, who then may become interested to work in partnership with Rooted in Hull.
Expanding more on the idea’s that were given during the master plan task for the brands identity, the ideas show further information as to what the reasons are for these actions to take place. Reasoning such as:
- Connecting with people through food
- Getting a large donation from large companies which is part of the goal set for Rooted in Hull
- Donating to the poor
- Food bank box with limited produce for those who can’t afford to have for free
It’s mainly important that throughout our working stages to reaching the success goals, we make connections through to business partners, business communities and stay environmentally friendly. Rooted in Hull Is an urban farming business helped to grow knowledge to younger people and adults, learning and connecting their way through foods and developing cooking skills, as it is set for farming, it is important that its environmentally friendly. Using the master plan created above, these ideas are set to bring in more people and analysed to bring in companies in the future.
