Rooted In Hull Logo

Rooted in Hull’s logo is designed to a measurement that best fits the sizing of their website. When resizing the designed logo to a document or any spreadsheet, it is noticed that it goes pixellated and isn’t very clear to see on any different sized document.

Taking the logo from the website, applied it to adobe illustrator so that different shapes and designs were put together to help re-create the original logo to a vector scale so that it was clearly visible to ay sized document without being pixellated.

A quickly drawn sample of the Rooted in Hull logo to show a clear vision of what would be done through Adobe Illustrator, giving the edits through the logo and what would need designing.
I had applied the original logo onto Adobe Illustrator, then using the shapes and pen styles provided to the software, I re-created the same logo to a vector scale, making sure the colour used was the same.

Throughout the process of the logo, I had locked in place the behind image of the original Rooted in Hull logo to make sure the measurements of the shapes and drawings of the leaves were exactly the same as the original and not misplaced. This then gives a more accurate result look to the original piece to the logo.

The final piece includes the original logo removed from the background, drawn to scale starting from the shapes around the sun to the image and text drawn within the sun.

Rooted in Hull’s original logo was not changed in any way through the process of this logo, the final piece of the vector scaled logo of Rooted in Hull can now be used to any document of any size without being pixellated.
