Wombo uses various type of algorithm that allows the effect of an image to change its style using the selection of styles shown on the first image. The mysterious effects can change depending on the type of result you’re wanting when selecting the different styles before creating the finalised image. The figures above show a step-by-step guide to how to create the design image in the way it shows as a result.
Extended options are shown in Figure 3, but are locked. This is only used for premier users who pay extra to use the app. This app can be both accessed through desktop and mobile format, making the app more officiant to use on the go at any time.
Through the two left side figures show an option of ‘free’ and ‘premiere’ styles that can be used to change the design image selected. Each style has its own unique colour and painting feature different from the other, making the resulting image more unique to the other designs. The figures to the right show a result of how the end design piece may loom after using the selected style to the right.
Final designs can then be taken and published to the user’s account, saved to be posted elsewhere, used as iPhone wallpaper, someone’s wallpaper for an art piece or even sent as a hidden message to someone special.
Extra settings can be found at the bottom of the image after being uploaded, the settings allow you to have the design style chosen to be between highly designed to the chosen style, normal so that some features of the picture chosen shine through, or weak so that more of the picture is shown through then the chosen art design.
A short description can be shown above the selected level, for example, the first figure shows the ‘weak’ level, which then the app describes as “Minor Influence – Your input image has little effect on your final artwork”, in comparison to the ‘strong’ level, it says “Major Influence – Your input image has a large effect on your final artwork”.
