Inspired by the knife image alone, using the colour theme of the knife which then contrasts with the grey colour choice in the background, applying the black rectangles with the white overlapping to keep a simple design structure. Adding the main knife image to the centre which then fits with the colour choices from behind. Finally analysed with the Japanese writing above which translates to ‘Knife’ in English, but pronounced ‘Naifu’ in Japanese.
